Launch draft: MONARQ must approve the final commercial terms, cancellation/refund policy and hosting period before accepting live sales.

Your design license

Standard purchases grant use for one event. Exclusive future-use licensing stops future sales of the specified template. Existing buyers retain their rights. Neither option transfers copyright ownership.

Payments & reservations

Orders reserve availability for the period displayed at checkout. Payment is complete only after verification. Do not send funds to an expired order; contact the studio to reconcile any transfer already sent.

Custom work

Scope, timeline, price, deposit and usage rights are specified in your accepted quotation. Third-party references are inspiration, not a promise of reproduction. Non-exclusive custom work is not automatically published for resale.

Approval & publication

You review and approve your event details before MONARQ publishes. Keep personal guest links private. Gallery participation is optional and consent can be withdrawn.
